This February, Precious Cargo Doula Services, LLC is actively accepting applications for Independent Contractor Doulas to join our growing agency. This opportunity is for doulas who are committed to culturally centered, community-based birth work and are ready to serve families with professionalism, accountability, and care.

We are seeking both experienced doulas and individuals who are serious about entering the field with intention. Please note that specific requirements apply, including training investment expectations for new doulas and sole proprietor status for experienced doulas. These standards help ensure sustainability, ethical practice, and long-term impact for both our doulas and the families we support.
