Cancellation Policy

At Precious Cargo Doula Services, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional childbirth education experiences. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following rescheduling policy for our 1:1 Private Childbirth Education Classes: Rescheduling: Timeframe: Clients are allowed to reschedule their 1:1 Private Childbirth Education Classes up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Next Available Slot: Rescheduled classes must be attended during the next open availability, which is scheduled for the following week. This provides clients with an alternative opportunity to participate promptly. Rescheduling Limit: Clients are allowed to reschedule a class once. Additional rescheduling requests will be subject to review and approval based on exceptional circumstances. Rescheduling Process: To initiate the rescheduling process, clients are required to notify Precious Cargo Doula Services, LLC, via email at precious.bradley91@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the class start time. Availability Confirmation: Rescheduled class attendance is subject to availability in the next open slot. Clients are encouraged to contact us promptly to confirm availability for the desired rescheduled date. Late Arrival Grace Period: Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period for late arrival. After the grace period, this will be considered a no-call/no show and the client may be subject to purchasing an additional class or forfeits current class missed. Refund Policy: No Refunds: No refunds are available after the purchase of 1:1 Private Childbirth Education Classes. Purchase Confirmation: By purchasing classes, clients acknowledge and agree to the no-refund policy. This ensures that our resources and services are effectively allocated to meet the needs of all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.
